Two people (who didn't know they both said it) pointed out that it looked as though we tried to include an eye-line match but it was done quite badly and confused the plot even more. The eye-line match wasn't on purpose at all and was completely by accident. When filming, we didn't think of including an eye-line match, especially at this point in the video and it definitely doesn't fit the narrative.
Since two different people stated the same thing, I realised that it was crucial for us to change it. This meant that we had to change the order of a few shots.
Below you can see that the eyeline match is in the last shot in the top row, and the first shot on the second row.
