A big part of making our music video is trying to make the colours look bright and aesthetically pleasing as possible, without looking overdone. Before filming, since we knew this was something we wanted in our final product, we made sure that at least one of the actors in each scene had a colourful item of clothing (for example, Lucy's yellow bag and Julia's red jumper).
However, during editing, I also made sure to edit the colours. I did this on iMovie by going on "inspector", changing the exposure, brightness, contrast, and the rest of the options.
In addition to this, I also wanted the colours to be matching in shots of the same scene and to do this, each time I edited the colours of a shot I would take a picture of it on my phone and make the next shot the same numbers by looking at the photo. Here are a few photos I took on my phone:
